Nolan Ross Samé-Weil, MBA, CADC-I is an administrative professional, and Substance Use Disorder Counselor. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Management, and is a Certified Alcohol And Drug Counselor through the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP). He is also certified as a Domestic Violence Counselor. This unique blend of expertise allows Nolan Ross to understand what it takes to meet Clients’ needs while navigating the operational needs of Mindful Centers For Addiction And Trauma Therapy (MCATT). His team is highly efficient at assisting Clients with their billing needs as well as managing the day-to-day operations of MCATT all while still maintaining complete focus on meeting the needs of each Client.

He has worked extensively in both the public and private sectors, and has given many presentations on the subject of alcohol and substance abuse. In addition to his current role with MCATT he participates in direct client services for a local non-profit organization specializing in substance use disorders. He is also of service to the Long Beach community by serving on several planning committees and as a Board Member. These organizations include, but are not limited to: The Atlantic Alano Club, KISSAR, The Center Long Beach, California Families In Focus, and the International Imperial Court of Long Beach. Nolan Ross uses his platform in the Long Beach community to share his own personal story of recovery in hopes to help those who are still suffering.

Nolan Ross has a broad range of clinical and administrative skills. He and his team provide confidential services in the privacy of an office setting, assisting Clients and families in overcoming the administrative barriers which may prevent them from maintaining their treatment at MCATT. Nolan Ross, and his team understand that treatment is not just about being with the therapist or psycho-educational facilitator. What happens in the relationship, to paperwork, and insurance billings can affect treatment in different ways; even when the Client is dedicated to their recovery. For these reasons, Nolan Ross and his team provide individualized approaches to each Clients’ needs and are here to assist in any way possible. Nolan Ross is dedicated to making sure that any insurance or finance related issues do not get in the way of our Clients’ treatment and recovery.
