Natasha is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is deeply committed to supporting individuals and couples as they journey towards improved sexual and relational health. Due to the profound impact of past experiences, relationships, and trauma on our sense of self, Natasha utilizes a trauma-informed and attachment-focused perspective to guide clients in self-discovery and transformation. Whether the focus of therapy is in treating addiction, reducing unwanted behaviors, or in cultivating a deeper sense of connection and security in your relationship, Natasha offers a space of nonjudgement as you reclaim agency over your sexuality and pursue enhanced pleasure, intimacy, and fulfillment.

 

Natasha received her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge. She also currently works in a correctional setting providing therapy, assessments and crisis intervention, and mental health support to the incarcerated population. Natasha is herself in recovery and believes strongly in the power of vulnerability, acceptance, and connection with others in reducing shame and promoting sustainable recovery.
