Clinician

I believe we all have the capacity to bring about the change we want to see. My goal is to provide a space for you to be heard and where you can feel safe in your emotions in a time that may be particularly vulnerable. Having overcome my own life-altering losses and trauma, I found my passion and love for counseling which has lead me here. I will utilize a mixture of different interventions and techniques depending on what resonates with the client. My clients typically are workign through, anxiety, grief and loss, communication struggles and inner child/trauma. If you are wanting someone direct but also empathetic, I can help.

I graduated with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in December of 2021 from Capella University and am currently working on gaining my licensure in the state of Oregon.

Outside of the office I enjoy crafts including knitting, drawing, gardening and painting miniatures. I am a self-proclaimed geek as I love various fandoms like Star Wars and Marvel but also Dnd.
