MANDALA INTENSIVE TREATMENT PROGRAM
Customized Assessment and Treatment PlanningPersonalized Two-Session Clinical Assessment
At Mindful Centers for Addiction and Trauma Therapy, every client begins with a structured two-session clinical assessment to ensure treatment is tailored to their needs. You will meet with a licensed therapist who is also a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (SAT), Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT), and Mindfulness-Based Addiction and Trauma Therapist (MBATT). The first session includes a biopsychosocial evaluation and specialized psychological testing. In the second session, your therapist reviews the results and provides clear recommendations for the type, intensity, and duration of treatment, allowing us to create a treatment plan customized to your specific needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
Program Structure and Intensity
Mandala is offered at varying levels of intensity based on client needs and clinical recommendations. Options may range from a highly structured schedule-up to 7 days per week, approximately 4 hours per day—to a standard outpatient format with up to 4-20 hours per week, depending on your treatment plan. Your recommended schedule is determined during the clinical assessment process.
Treatment Approach
The Mandala program integrates mindfulness-based practices with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT)-informed strategies. The program focuses on practical skills and structured support to help clients increase awareness of patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, improve coping and accountability, and support healthier relational functioning over time.
Getting Started
Participation begins with a required assessment to review goals, explain program expectations, and determine fit. If you would like, schedule a consultation with us.
The program includes:
- A clear, phased treatment structure
- Intensive therapy focused on awareness, accountability, and behavior change
- Integration of mindfulness, behavioral insight, and recovery tools
- Support for maintaining progress after the intensive phase
This program emphasizes sustainable skill-building rather than quick fixes.
