ABOUT MINDFUL CENTERS

Mindful Centers support people who want meaningful change and feel stuck in patterns that no longer align with their values. We work with individuals and couples navigating compulsive sexual behaviors (including pornography use), intimacy concerns, and related emotional distress such as shame, anxiety, and disconnection.

We don’t view addiction or compulsive behavior as a failure of character. We approach it as a pattern that can be better understood—and with support, can be addressed over time. Our therapists provide evidence-informed care and integrate mindfulness-based strategies to help clients build awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop healthier coping skills.

Our work is compassionate, relational, and practical. We focus on reducing harmful patterns while also supporting improved communication, healthier boundaries, and overall wellbeing.

Mindful Centers offers in-person and telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and groups across California, Oregon, and Texas. Wherever you’re starting from, we provide a steady, supportive space to take the next step.
