Carter Serret is a Registered Psychological Associate and PsyD candidate who provides psychotherapy services under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. They are committed to offering respectful, nonjudgmental care and work collaboratively with clients to set goals and develop practical next steps.

Their clinical focus includes addiction-related concerns, with a special interest in chemsex and sexualized drug use. They support adults who want to better understand patterns that feel difficult to manage and build skills for healthier coping, emotional regulation, and values-based decision-making.

Before entering the mental health field, Carter Serret spent 25 years in leadership roles in a high-pressure industry. They earned a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and completed over 2,000 hours of supervised direct client care. They are currently completing their PsyD while continuing to practice under supervision as a Registered Psychological Associate.

Carter Serret also holds an MBA. Originally from Northern California, they now live in Southern California with their partner and dogs and value close relationships with family.
