Amber Mitchell is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who provides psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy for adults. She practices general adult psychiatry and has experience working with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and trauma-related symptoms (including PTSD). Amber also has an interest in perinatal and reproductive mental health, including postpartum concerns and preconception counseling.

Amber is committed to creating a respectful, nonjudgmental space where clients can speak openly about what they’re experiencing. She works collaboratively with clients to develop individualized care plans and supports active participation in treatment decisions.

Amber also participates in select community education events offered through Mindful Centers.
