I am a dedicated therapist passionate about providing non-judgmental and fully accepting care to individuals. My work in therapy aligns with my authentic self while allowing me to give back to others, inspired by the support I received over a decade ago. Throughout my career, I have focused primarily on addiction treatment, with a special interest in addressing chemsex addiction and sexualized drug use.
With 25 years of leadership experience in a high-pressure industry, I decided to pursue a career that reflects my commitment to understanding the root causes of addiction and mental health disorders. I obtained a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, completing over 2,000 hours of direct client care. Additionally, I am currently completing my PsyD and working as a registered psychological associate under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.
I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with chemsex addiction and sexualized drug use, utilizing my professional experience to guide them through their healing journey. Beyond my therapeutic practice, I am committed to assisting individuals from all backgrounds in recovering from mental health disorders. Together, we will develop a personalized plan that addresses addiction and promotes a healthy, balanced integration of sexuality into their lives.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and an MBA. Originally from Northern California, I now reside in Southern California with my partner and our dogs. I deeply value my relationship with my adult son, who lives in Brooklyn, NY, and maintain strong connections with my family.
